A booking is only confirmed once the reservation form is submitted and you receive a confirmation email.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

A security deposit may be charged and refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.
